Slow Deep Fusion weaves together the principles of Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Slower, strength building movement will be anchored by longer held and prop supported deep and passive poses.
Classes include pranayama (breath exercise) or short meditation or guided visualization. Use of props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks and strap are encouraged to assist with body awareness and proper alignment. Appropriate for all who seek deep stretch and balancing effort and ease.
This class is at the yoga studio. Please wear a mask to your mat, when you are seated it may be removed for practice. Please santize your hands upon entrance and after you finish practicing at the hand santitizing stations and follow the traffic pattern by looking for arrows on the floor.
No props will be provided, please bring your own and sanitize between uses.
Please do not arrive more than 10 min before class starts.
Please plan on staying at least 6 feet away from other participants and teacher during your time at the park.
