Slow Deep Fusion weaves together the principles of Slow Flow,
Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Slower, strength building movement
will be anchored by longer held and prop supported deep and passive
poses.
This yoga class includes pranayama (breath exercise) or short
meditation or guided visualization. Use of props such as blankets,
bolsters, blocks and strap are encouraged to assist with body
awareness and proper alignment. Appropriate for all who seek stress
relief, deep stretch, and balancing effort and ease.
