This vinyasa style class (postures linked to together with breath) is designed to keep things fresh for continuing students while supporting students that are new to yoga but prefer a bit of a challenge.
We will focus on alignment and will learn how to control the breath. Each class will be slightly different allowing us to focus and highlight different parts of the body and energetic centers.
Although the pace of this class can be invigorating, the postures will be accessible to most. We will work to find a balance within your mind, body, and spirit and always allow plenty of time to reflect and reconnect with yourself. You will leave this class feeling energized and calm!
This class is at the yoga studio. Please wear a mask to your mat, when you are seated it may be removed for practice. Please santize your hands upon entrance and after you finish practicing at the hand santitizing stations and follow the traffic pattern by looking for arrows on the floor.
No props nor mats will be provided, please bring your own and sanitize between uses.
Please plan on staying at least 6 feet away from other participants and teacher during your time at the studio.
If you are feeling sick, have had a persistant cough, fever, other signs of illness or have been exposed to anyone with Covid please choose an online option rather than an in person class.
