Online Class. Slow flowing movement (meaning postures linked together with breath) will be approached at a slow pace for those new to yoga or for those looking for a focused and grounding practice. Sequences will build strength as well as create more flexibility in your body. This practice will bring a greater sense of personal awareness into your life physically, emotionally, and mentally. A great class to ease stress and connect with peace. Class length is 60 minutes.
This is an oline class. Zoom link will be emailed to you, you will be admitted into class a few minutes before start time. You can also gain access to the class in the Achieve App through the My Schedule tab.
