A bit of alignment and a bit more flow. We move and breathe, taking time to pause and feel; observe and adjust. Align and Flow moves through the postures progressively and mindfully with breath. Longer holds in poses complimented with active alignment cues alignment in postures. This practice builds strength, flexibility and concentration.

Some yoga experience is ideal but students that are comfortable and confident to self adjust their own practice would be able to attend this class.
