It’s often said that we are what we eat, but Ayurveda takes this quite literally, and refines it to say we are what we digest well. In this session, we’ll cover each constitution’s capacity for good digestion and best practices for optimum nutrition and digestion. These include:
- Healthy eating habits – when, how,
and where to eat
- Ways to determine which foods soothe, or aggravate, each
constitution (dosha)
- How dietary needs change throughout the seasons and at different
times of our lives
- Herbs than can help us digest better, and/or reduce a variety of
digestive issues
