In this class we will tend equally to the mind, body, and
spirit. Expect gentle movement and stretches, accessible asanas
(poses), pranayama (breath work), and meditations. We will practice
being fully present in the moment, increase awareness of the breath
and body, and experience what it really feels like to be mindful.
This class will help you feel more peaceful and relaxed. Please
feel free to bring your own props or use the ones at the studio
(blankets, blocks, strap, etc.)
Those brand new to yoga are welcomed and encouraged to come to
this class.
*ALL levels and abilities welcomed and encouraged.
