The restorative yoga process starts with constructive rest to
release physical and mental tension. With the principles of somatic
yoga we open neuromuscular lines of communication for ease of
movement. Using restorative and hatha postures, movement,
mindfulness, visualization, sound and breath we come to understand
the channels of energy that connect us to vitality, clarity, and
purpose and how to access these channels. No experience with yoga
is necessary to join this class.
