JOIN THE MOVEMENT !! Discover a new found sense of bliss as
you explore unexpected ways to move your body, use your breath and
experience your own energy to create a peaceful state of mind. This
class is centered around healing movements and yoga traditions in
which our energy is at the core. Our energy system is the
underpinning of all other systems in the body. When we positively
affect our energy systems comprised in part of chakras ( energy
centers along the spine) and meridians (energy channels all through
the body) it brings balance and vitality to the whole body on a
physical, mental and emotional level.
This is a 75 minute class offering which cultivates a devotion to the subtleties of the mind and spirit while also supporting and strengthening the physical body. Breath focused, imaginative, playful movement and visualization meditations is what makes this practice so unique, transformative and accessible to everyone.
With regular practice greater body awareness is developed. This translates to an ability to tailor these natural movements to your bodies current needs whether that be gentle or more dynamic.
The elements of this yoga practice are accessible to everyone.
The extra time (75 minute class ) is for deeper relaxation to occur
towards the end of class.
