Vinyasa Yoga connects one posture to the next using the breath. In this class you will be lflowing into postures linking your breath to the movement. The philosophy of Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter into a posture, are there for a while and then leave. This class will work on improving your strength and balance in a fun and challenging way.
