In this gentle class, students will experience relaxation while using breathing exercises to calm the mind. Encouraging the body with easy stretches & restorative poses students will begin to deeply relax and restore balance.
We will utilize props, blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks to help support our relaxation of the body. The class ends with a guided relaxation to allow your mind completely relax.
This is an all levels class warmed to 78 degrees.
