<p>As the name implies, this class is for beginner practitioners as well as those who are ready to explore new facets of their practice. Several options will be offered for poses as we move slowly through a flow, learning alignment and breath as we go. We'll have fun with a variety of postures, using props, the walls and partners. We'll gain strength and flexibility but all the while striving to create focus, be present and relieve tension.</p>
