This class is for those who want to wake up, breathe deeply and stretch to increase mobility and elevate the mood. Sam uses his yoga training and knowledge of the body through years of sports, manual labor and aches and pains to offer a class to those just wanting to feel better in their bodies through increased mobility and reduced tension. He uses a variety of stretching techniques, the wall, foam rollers and balls to make the body a more comfortable place to live. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
