This super relaxing and restorative class is appropriate for all skill levels. If you've been curious about aerial yoga but a little anxious about jumping in, this class is a great place to start. You'll experience all of the benefits of zero-gravity decompressions while floating comfortably close to the ground. We'll move slowly and methodically through a series of 6-8 poses and hold each for approximately 5-10 min each, allowing your body to totally unwind. Intentional focus on breath and neuromuscular release with the aerial silk hammock provides restoration like none other.
