techniques of High Intensity Interval Training and Circuit
Training, this at home version of Erinina's signature
conditioning class will target all of your needed aerial
muscles, and their lesser used counter parts to give you a balanced
and strong flight-ready body.
Props: All
exercises are adaptable for no equipment. You may benefit from
having access to a chair/bed/sofa, medium hand held weight
(5-10lbs), heavier weighted item (15-20lbs), slippery socks or
towel, yoga blocks, and a superband.
