Join Justine for an Outdoor Core Flow Yoga class in her lovely backyard in South Hadley! Fresh air, sun, and blue sky are a wonderful complement to your yoga practice. You’ll practice in the grass surrounded by trees and whatever flowers are in bloom! Preregistration is required at least 1 hour in advance of the class. You will need to bring your own mat and props. Sun protection, water, towels, and bug repellent are also recommended!
This is Justine’s signature multi-level yoga class. The deliberate pace of the flows in this practice is a great challenge for your core muscles, and helps build strength, stability, and balance. The traditional chatturangas of a vinyasa power flow practice are replaced with a variety of core and shoulder strengthening postures and movements. Modifications will be offered to support multiple levels of practitioners, and all levels of practitioners will be invited to challenge themselves in this practice.
