This class will take place online. Once registered a
confirmation email will be sent outlining details to access the
online class.
Signature Barre is designed to tighten and tone the entire
body. The class utilizes a ballet barre for stability and dumbbells
for toning. The class focuses on isometric strength training using
high reps of small range-of-motion movements. In addition to toning
the legs, core, and arms, the benefits of barre include improved
balance, posture and flexibility. Signature Barre is adaptive to
all levels of fitness and beginners are welcome.
