Join Sonnie for the most muscle-exhausting limit-testing conditioning class that you can convince youself to take ;) It is recomended to be a level 3 or higher for this class. You may join if lower but please let Sonnie know before class starts. You will need a pole to take this class - if you really want to anyway let Sonnie know and she'll come up with ground torture for you :)</p>
