<p>In this class we will use our bodies and some workout tools if you have them to build all-over strength - not just for pole classes! This class is for those wanting to start from a beginner level, with difficulty variations for stronger students. We will work on the arms and core strength that will help with pole, aerials, and parkour, as well as basic leg and hip control and strength.</p>
<p>Attire: comfortable workout clothes you can move easily in. Sneakers or bare feet both work!</p>
