In this deeply nourishing yoga class, we’ll use yoga props to support the body in poses with the intention being ease, comfort, and relaxation. Passive postures are held for 3 to 10 minutes encouraging a calming effect physically and mentally.
This class is excellent for those managing stress or pain, prenatal or postpartum students, those too nervous to start with a Hatha class, and anyone wanting to experience a blissful hour of peace. Classes may also include yin yoga, meditation, pranyama (breathing exercises), or chair instruction.
This class is suitable for beginners and continuing students.
Bring your own props including mat, water, blocks, etc...
Preregistration is required for all classes.
Cancellation is required at least 2 hours prior to class to allow students on the waitlist to join. Please check out our full cancellation policy here.
Waitlist: If the class is sold out, ALWAYS Sign up for the waitlist. If someone cancels, you will receive an email to confirm you would like to attend the class. You do need to select “confirm” in order to be included.
Those who are registered will be notified by email and text (if we have your correct contact information) if there are any changes to the class. (i.e. If a teacher is sick, or a location has to be changed for some unforeseen reason, etc...)
Covid-19 Policy:
- Unless otherwise noted in the class description, masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals.
- If you are not fully vaccinated, we request you continue to wear a mask at all times for your protection, as well as, the protection of any other unvaccinated individuals in the room.
- We continue to ask that you stay home and rest or enjoy one of our VIRTUAL classes if you are feeling under the weather.
- We will continue to maintain--at a minimum--all CDC, state, and local guidelines for your safety.
