This class accomadates beginner & intermediate students; advanced students are welcome but encouraged to attend the regular Open Gym's.
*No newbies as this is only a review class, reviewing what was learned in the previous weekly classes.

Come and work on your skills that you learned during your previous classes.
This gives the student a chance to work on what they want too and at their own pace. Great for working on previoius skills learns in previous classes. There is a coach present that will lead warm up and cool down.
