Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterized by stringing
postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly,
using breath. Vinyasa Flow is a more
complete type of yoga class, as it typically moves
through all of the various asana families ( i.e. standing postures,
backbends, forward bends, etc. )

This class is suitable for all levels of practitioner,
from beginner to advanced. Modifications will be given to
allow beginning yogis to build a strong foundation and for more
advanced yogis to expand their practice and asana
expression.
