Prana can be loosely translated to mean Breath: what we do every moment of every day without even thinking about it. This class will highlight the variety of ways we can focus our life force...through breathing, laughing and singing. Things might feel silly, and they might feel sacred:) Please bring an open mind!
In addition to the yoga mat, we recommend having a blanket to assist in a comfortable seat. We have all brand new props available for purchase at the facility.
