Barre is a method of movement meant to tone muscles using very small and controlled movements using only body weight. Born out of a prima ballerina's injuries; Tracy Mallet created this form of exercise to fuse the Pilates and ballet world when she discovered Pilates and it was the only thing that healed her.
Expect to improve posture and your back side amongst everything else head to toe.
This class is virtual via Zoom. Please note by scheduling this class you are giving permission for those in class (in studio and virtual) to potentially see you if you choose to turn on your camera.
The first 30 minutes of class will be Barre and Pilates mat based exercises, no eqiupment needed.
The next 25 minutes of class will be on equipment; Reformer or Tower. No equipment at home? No prob! Join us for the first 30 minutes and kick start your day.
