This program is focused on olympic style lifting. In this series we will learn the clean, hang clean, and the clean & press. Olympic style lifting is great for improving speed, strength, and explosiveness.
Each session will focus on a new skill with a priority placed on mobility and form. Each class will feature: warm-up & mobility, learning a skill, skill practice, cool down & stretch. We may also do a short workout.
