This class combines stretching and strength training with free weights, resistance bands, and interval training. Expect a full-body workout and core conditioning to build strong, lean muscles.
To start, your instructor will turn up the music and lead you through a series of warm-up stretches. From there, you’ll run through upper-body exercises, core conditioning, and lower-body exercises for a sweat session. You do these in short, controlled intervals, switching from one area of the body to the next. Cool-down stretches conclude the class.
In about 10 sessions you should be longer, leaner, and more toned, with improved balance, strength, stamina, and flexibility, as well as enhanced overall awareness.
