(Foundations – No Inverting)
Prerequisite: No prior experience required.
In This Level You Will:
• Learn foundational grips and beginner spins
• Build climb prep strength
• Develop body awareness and pole control
• Practice safe dismounts and floor transitions
Inverting is not allowed.
When fully on the floor, hips must remain below shoulder level.
Floor-only movements not touching the pole (cartwheels, shoulder rolls, etc.) are permitted.
Kicks and press-to-arm-only balances are not allowed.
To Advance to Level 1 Consistent:
You must demonstrate:
• Controlled spins without collapsing shoulders
• A stable pole sit (5-second hold)
• Clean climb technique
• Safe, controlled dismounts
