great prop.
Yoga Nidra, also called sleep meditation is the practice of
conscious sleep while resting in a deep guided relaxation posture.

The parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) often referred to the
“rest and digest” will bring its response system back into
equilibrium. Stimulating the PNS helps to lower heart rate, blood
pressure, calms digestion and helps to stimulate the immune system.
Yogic texts state that peace can only be found within, never without. As you continue this practice you will effectively manage stress, relieve pain, sleep will deepen and you will regain and maintain health and learn how to relax and harmonize your own body and mind.
