Utitlizing free weights battle ropes, med ball, TRX and more for this class you'll train for maximum fat and calorie burn while strengthening muscle. Class is set up in the form of a circuit consisting of 8-10 stations completing 4-8 rounds before moving on to the next. There are no breaks, only active resting. Mats, water and towels are highly recommended and mask are required to and from camp, but not required during workout. Reminder, all camp packages expire 30 days from you taking your first class/camp.
