M5 is our newest, virtual meditation class with a twist. M5
will be an hour of mind, heart, body inspiration for the week. The
class will begin with some gentle movement and breathwork to
ground the body. Followed by a short motivational &
inspirational lecture to nurture the mind. The second half of
the class will explore guided meditation, optional journaling, and
self-inquiry to nourish the heart. Those of you experienced in
meditation or brand new to meditation will benefit from this
class. No experience necessary, all are welcome.
You must register 15 minutes before the class begins. You
should receive a calendar invite from us with the link
for this virtual class following successful registration. Feel free
to add this to your own calendar to keep track of your class
schedule. You will also receive a reminder email one hour before
