class is located inside the yoga studio with our new COVID
regulations and procedures.

This class is a dynamic combination of basic mat Pilates and all
levels power vinyasa flow. This class will offer a
challenging and balanced focus on core strength and total body
stability with a cool down to encourage increased
flexibility.

Students of all levels of Pilates and yoga experience are welcome;
both modifications and variations will be offered for students to
customize everything to their specific needs.

Sign up in advance at least 60 mins. Spots limited for social
spacing!

Bring a yoga mat, hand towel, and water. Bring your own props. two
blocks are suggested but not necessary.
