A class focusing on finding stability through muscular support in a variety of sitting and standing postures. Some yoga exerience may be beneficial. We perform single leg balance postures, challenge muscular endurance, and may integrate sun salutations into practice.
We are offering classes in the studio for up to 6 students. We are also offering this class streamed online via Zoom.
For all studio classes, masks must be worn entering the studio and in common areas, masks can be taken off once on your mat. We ask you to wash your hands upon entering the facility before you go into the yoga studio. Please respect the health and safety of others so we can continue to enjoy classes together.
