Teenage years can be a mentally, physically and emotionally challenging time in a young person’s life. Yoga can be a positive outlet that allows teens to look inward and find center.
In this yoga series, we will emphasize the importance of mental and physical relaxation by providing tools to help calm when feeling stressed, to help focus before tests or homework, and explain the benefits of what we’re doing so they can come back to it when they need it.
In a compassionate environment, we aim to see teen students from a new light, help them become self aware, believe in them and support them.
