HITT = High Intensity Tempo Training (to the beat of the music)
Combination of High Intensity movements, with a martial arts/kickboxing base, and lots of fitness components, utilizing rythmical movement to music (different songs) for the duration of the class.
Since each song has the same choreo class after class, your body eventually memorizes the songs' choreo and it's easier to move at your own higher intensities.If you love to move to music, this class is for you. There is no equipment needed, nor any used. All you need is a yoga mat for the cooldown.
1- Bring adequate water (none available in Studio).
2- Wear a mask at all times, and while on The Tannery grounds
3- Wear clean athletic shoes
4- Bring personal hand sanitizer
5- Wait at back entrance until temperature is taken
6- Bring a mat
7- NO LATE ENTRY
