This 60' block brings a little Core Strength and some Ying & Yang into your training regimen.
We start off with 30' of CXWORX; a core-focused total body strength training workout and then we follow it up with 30' of BODYFLOW; a class that uses a combination of Tai chi & Yoga-based movements to focus on flexibility.
What you need for this class:
Mask(s) - we recommend bringing more than one for class.
Comfortable workout clothes
Supportive sneakers with good traction for CXWORX- for indoor use only (please wear different shoes when entering and exiting the building)
