SUMMER YOGA By The Lake In Tega Cay!
This Gentle/Yoga Basics class is perfect for those just beginning a yoga practice, practicing while recovering from injury or returning to a yoga practice after a while away. This class will guide you through tuning in with your body via breath, bring various yoga poses held for a breath count of 3 to 5 allowing the body to gently open and experience each pose. This format allows beginners to have time to enter the pose, attend to alignment and purposely move through the subtle body. Experienced yogis may find this slower paced class challenging as you allow your physical body and mind to slow down, to focus on each pose while you hold and challenge your body without the momentum often found in a vinyasa class. All levels welcome to experience all the benefits of this fabulous Gentle/Yoga Basics class!
