Mindful Movement and Meditation (60m) - All Level:
This class mimics the process into Bliss through the 8-limbs of yoga. Upon arrival and centering on the mat, we will align through grounding, asana, and breathwork to "peel back the layers," working from the physical inward. After an even-paced and very mindful movement practice, we transition into "active rest," and eventually into meditation. You will leave feeling balanced, restored, calm, and ready for the rest of the day!
PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Minimum Enrollment Per Class: 2 If you are signed up for a class that has less than 2 people registered, your instructor will contact you at least an hour before class to cancel.
