Peace Flow
A delicious slow flow class focused on
restoring peace and chilling out! We’ll begin with a guided
meditation, move through a short standing flow, and then take it
down to the mat for those lots of juicy stretching, lengthening,
pranayama, and relaxation. Note: NO Planks or Downdogs
included. Option to bring an eye pillow for Savasana
(relaxation).
Who is this class
for?
Those looking for a gentle flow, without weight-bearing postures,
to relax, improve flexibility, and range of motion. Open to
students of all levels of practice, including Beginners.
