Our skipping class combines jump rope variations with strength and cardio exercise. This HIIS (High Intensity Interval Skipping) workout will have you burning calories while having fun. It helps improve timing, balance, coordination and agility - and as an added bonus - tones the upper body, lower body and core. Non-skipping/low impact options provided during every class.

Our gym has been transformed to fit 15 members at one time, with 6 feet physical distance.

Our equipment is personal use only (no shared equiment during class) and everything is sanitized between each workout.

Hand sanitizer is available at every station for members to use before and after each class.
