Hatha Yoga is the basics of any yoga class offered at HYER Destination and balances our sun and moon energies. It focuses on the physical well-being of a person and sees the body as the driver of the spirit using postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to balance the body, mind and spirit by expanding, contracting, twisting, inverting, bending forward, backward and side to side... and relaxing.
COVID HEALTH PROTOCOLS - UPON ENTERING THE PREMISES YOU ARE REQUIRED TO:
-sanitize your hands.
-wear a mask until class starts and before leaving the room. Wearing the mask during class is optional.
-maintain 2 metre/6 feet distance between staff and students at all times.
-our props on are vaction until we are safe from COVID, please bring your own if needed.
-PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU'VE COME IN CONTACT WITH HAS COVID-19 OR SHOWING ANY SYMPTOMS.
