Yes of Imbalance!”
Description
Many consider life to be a balancing act, striving for balance
to create a smoother life experience. However, we cannot have
balance without imbalance. Join us for this lighthearted,
joyful workshop where we will examine how balance and imbalance
show up in our lives, both on and off the mat. Using asana (the
physical yoga practice), meditation, and inquiry, we will explore
what it's like to seek imbalance in our yoga practice, identify how
we react when faced with a challenge, and will identify personal
statements to support us on our journeys.
Please bring: yoga mat, water, yoga blocks (or something
similar), and a pen/paper.
