Come get your heart rate up in this 60-minute cardio blast! Be prepared to sweat and work your entire body through a variety of fun and dynamic sequences. We will be taking you through sets of 3 exercises, 30 reps, 3 times in a row and then its on to the next!! This class is open to all levels. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and don't forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!
