Practice in the traditon of the Ancients.  This is the very foundation, the roots of our Asana, or physical practice.  Postures will be mindfully instructed with an emaphasis on alignment and Pranayama.  This practice is suitable for beginners and seasoned practioners alike.  Commit to balancing your mind, body, and spirit while building strength and flexibilty.


Special Instructions

Join us in the pocket park next to our studio. This park is located directly next to our parking lot in the back off of Indian Mound Rd. Please park in the parking lot located behind our building. Please bring your own mat and some water.

 

Weather permitting this class will be held outdoors, should rain be in the forcast for the day the class will revert to a virtual zoom class you will be notified atleast 1 hour prior to class time if the class will be held virtually instead.
