These 6 week sessions will allow you to remain with the same co-hort each week, and progress as a cohort. This allows the instructor to build on content week after week, and tailor the content of the curriculum to meet your unique learning needs! The series are divided by level and spin/static pole :)
If you have never participated in a Pole Fitness/Pole Dancing
class, or are still relatively new, this is for you! In this class
we will cover the fundamentals that you will need before moving
onwards to the next level. This class if full of fun and energy so
bring a friend and be prepared to fall head over heels with Pole
Fitness/ Pole Dancing!
