Given the nature of Covid-19 these 4 week sessions will allow you to remain with the same co-hort each week, and progress as a cohort. This essentially limits your number of interactions with different people. The series are divided by level and spin/static pole :)

This class will work on more challenging spins and work with you on your inversions.
