Designed for students who have done min of 10-15 beginner classes and are able to execute spins on one hand, climb to the top of the pole and sit on both sides.
In this class we will be working on basic inversions, crucifixs, leg hangs and some pre Intermediate 101 moves.
Given the nature of Covid-19 these 4 week sessions will allow you to remain with the same co-hort each week, and progress as a cohort. This essentially limits your number of interactions with different people. The series are divided by level and spin/static pole :)
