This workout includes a variety of modalities that are customized to the group gathered. There is no “preset” routine and each class is unique, pushing you when your body is recovered and ready for it, or you can also take it easy if you are simply looking for body movement in a supportive environment.
Correctional exercises are available for those who need it and adjustments are always an option to increase or decrease intensity.
