A modern twist of vinyasa (meaning to flow) yoga where the postures flow from one to the next using the connection of the breath-lead movements in a mindful but dynamic way. Bringing out the "Warrior" in you the movements are energetic with less pause between poses creating strength, endurance, resilence, improved cardio function, increased circulation, supporting a sense of calm in this moving flowing meditation. Focusing on alignment the practice will gradually build becoming progressively more dynamic, creative and challenging. Everyone is encouraged to practice at their own pace. This is an active "All Levels" yoga flow practice. Yoga experience is not needed but you may find it helpful since this class moves more quickly at times than the others. Still unsure? Please have two yoga blocks ( books will do) and a towel or blanket for practice.
