UNITE is a super opportunity to shake up that muscle memory and push yourself to new limits. Imagine yoga with a lot of oomph or barre with a bite of dance and you’re well on the way to understanding UNITE.
We’ll be combining yoga, barre, and compound exercise movements to not only inspire, but also motivate your fitness journey. Physically challenging, this class will get your heart pumping and joyfully remind you why regular exercise is a must! Class will include options for all levels of fitness, strength, and flexibility.
Please register for class 30 minutes prior to the start of class - due to COVID precautions we need some extra time to ensure the space has been prepared for students. If you miss the deadline please contact us to ensure there's space for you in the room - email@example.com
Wear a mask the entire time you are on the premises and in the studio.
You'll often need a yoga mat, resistance ball, band and hand weights for class. If you don't have those items handy, a beach towel, soup cans, and folded towel or blanket work just as well. We normally have them to use at the studio, but as mentioned above we're being extra careful right now. Blocks, Straps, Resistance Balls, Bands and Mats may be purchased in the studio for a nominal fee. We do have hand weights for common use.
Arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes early so we can say hello to one another, hear what you'd like to work on in class and you can learn any special instructions or modifications that might be useful for you during practice.
