UNITE is a super opportunity to shake up that muscle memory
and push yourself to new limits. Imagine yoga with a lot of oomph
or barre with a bite of dance and you’re well on the way to
understanding UNITE.
We’ll be combining yoga, barre, and compound exercise movements
to not only inspire, but also motivate your fitness journey.
Physically challenging, this class will get your heart pumping and
joyfully remind you why regular exercise is a must!
Class will include options for all levels of fitness, strength, and
flexibility.
