The same format as other Meld classes, but this special class
will be free and donation based. All are welcome to attend
regardless of ability to make a financial contribution.
A recommended donation of $5 is appreciated, but not required.
Proceeds will benefit a part of the Yoke Fitness neighborhood &
community.
This gentle and methodical yoga class is vinyasa-based, but
moves slowly with minimal flow. MELD is all about connecting
movement to breath in order to stretch and strengthen, increase
range of motion, and improve balance. Suitable for all levels of
yoga experience.
Those new to a yoga practice will enjoy the easier pace and the opportunity to improve alignment.
Experienced yogis will appreciate the time for internal reflection and the self-discipline of returning to essentials, while athletes who participate in high-impact sports or heavy weight lifting will benefit from the stretching and recovery that a slow-movement class can offer.
