<p>This cla ss will get you comfortable with learning how to entering the water, Launch a SUP, how to Turn & of course how to stop. we will also familiarize you with SUP terminology show you how to center your self on the board and then we will take a leisurley 30 min paddle to get you feeling confindent in possibly trying some yoga on the board or practicing getting on and off the board.Join us for fitness paddles June-Sept. Meet at 98 School road Monroe. Park in front of the house by the orange cones and walk to back to the dock on the lake (if no space left pull into driveway and park to the left in front of the firepit.)</p>
